I see 1 cup, an old style looking vessel, 2 bowls, and a candle holder. The one bowl is about 4.5 inches wide and the other bowl is about 3 inches wide at the mouth. The cup has about a 2 inch mouth and the old fashioned vessel is about an inch wide at the mouth. This might sound weird but I followed what my hands were telling me to do. It sounds weird but trust me when I get on the wheel I just make what feel. Wow that's cheesy but honestly there is no better way to explain it.I made these pieces for two main reasons. The first reason is the simple fact that I love making pottery on a wheel, it is so calming. Reason 2 is that I wanted to push my limits when it came to throwing on the wheel. I really like how these pieces turned out. The edges could be a little smoother but it is OK if they are not. Probably What I liked most about this project is that most of the time I just winged it and it turned out pretty good.
